We all start somewhere,

and I began my journey on the Northern shores of Lake Superior.

some of my first shots, circa 2016.

Hey there, I’m

I’m a photographer and designer, but I’m also a huge fan of the real, awkward, wonderful moments that make people who they are. I grew up in Duluth, where Lake Superior had a hand in shaping the way I see the world.

Foggy mornings, icy shorelines, and quiet stretches of woods taught me to notice the details—the shift in light, the way wind moves across the water. All the small things that quietly define a moment.

That mindset carries into my work; my biggest goal is to make everyone who steps in front of my camera feel like themselves. I never want anyone to feel like they have to perform or be someone they’re not. I try to create an easy, comfortable vibe where we can talk, laugh, and let things unfold naturally.

My favorite photos are the in-between moments and details, when someone forgets the camera is even there, because that’s when their real personality comes through in those little details I love to capture.

Outside of my work with a camera, you’ll usually find me in a coffee shop with my laptop, playing around with design projects and ideas. When I’m not making things, I’m probably thrifting for treasures I don’t need, making new Spotify playlists, collecting quilts and old yearbooks, curating very specific Pinterest boards, or screaming my heart out at a concert.
